How it works: When an agent you refer closes a deal, you earn 4% of that deal's gross commission income (GCI) For example, an $800,000 sale at a 2.5% commission rate generates $20,000 in GCI; and pays you $800 as revenue share. Refer an unlimited number of agents, at no cost to participate.
Eligibility: both you and the referred agent must be current and in good standing with TSG. Revenue share is performance-based, not guaranteed, and depends on the referred agent's production. Share stops on a given agent once they cap — reaching $12,000 in TSG fees paid. Figures here are estimates for planning purposes only.
